Amukidi
A regular VJ/AV artist with The Big Chill, Amukidi has many sets under his belt, including: Norman Jay, Gilles Peterson, Tom Middleton, Fred Deakin, Lol Hammond, Roger Eno and Pete Lawrence to name but a few. With 20 years' experience as an art school lecturer, specialising in colour theory and composition, he is now concentrating on developing a full audio-visual set, the first of which he performed in the Media-mix tent at The Big Chill Festival at Eastnor Castle this year. At the time of going to press he's also just going on the road as part of the 'iChill' Tour doing visuals for Ralph Myerz and the Jack Herren Band, and he made his debut in Oxford back in May as part of the 'Big Chill On The Road' Tour. For those that want to learn a bit from one of the masters in this field, he will be performing and giving a talk on colour and composition at AVIT - the VJ conference held in Brighton. Other than that, he's a family man, living in Suffolk with his wife Sarah, two teenage daughters and a couple of Border terrier bitches.
