Always fun to be had at Peepshow. Paddy was on his last legs all day Friday but pulled it out of the bag in fine style, well done Paddy. Massive thanks to the mighty Rubberfunk for rocking it as only the good doctor can. Well played everyone!
Huge thanks to Paddy, Del and the Dr for a great time on Friday, I had a blast.

Dr. Rubberfunk
With crates full of hip hop, funk, soul, jazz and disco, this musical physician is well qualified to administer a strong dose of goodtime party medicine.
Dr. Rubberfunk, multi-talented and a lovely man to boot, and as you'd hope with a name like that, he is seriously funky! Rubs played at the third ever Peepshow, dropping a cracking warm up DJ set before funking the place right up with his band Mr. Guder.
His debut album 'The First Cut' is a classic at Peepshow Towers, and he's managed to follow up with another belter, the brilliant 'My Life At 33', which is out now.
In his own words...
Well, where to start ... I've been DJing for 15 years and playing the drums for 19. I started making beats and pieces with an Akai sampler and an Apple Mac in 1997. The first Dr Rubberfunk release was 'Harry The Guitar' in 2001, followed by 'The First Cut', my debut album in 2003. The response to the first album has been great, and in their infinite wisdom the record label asked me to do another one; entitled 'My Life At 33' it was released in October 2006, and seems to have gone down quite well so far too.
I've been fortunate to have been asked to remix a number of great artists too over the last 6 years, and there was more of that through 2006. Along with a number of DJ dates around the world and a live band up and running, it was a busy year. 10,000+ myspace profile views later, we're all set for a fairly hectic 2007 - thanks for all the support!
